Founded in 2014 in Madrid, Parafina was created with the objective of offering sustainable and affordable alternatives to the optician sector. Their eyewear is made sustainably with high-quality materials and designs that are durable. Each of the eco-friendly frames come in a recycled plastic pencil case as packaging, with an eco-pencil inside that can be planted once used. The eco-pencil helps reduce the CO2 in our atmosphere. The brand donates 5% of Parafina’s profits annually to the Parafina Social Project which grants scholarships to children without resources in the city of Asunción, Paraguay. Every time a kid is sponsored, she/he will receive a pencil case, the same one that customers receive when they purchase PARAFINA glasses.
